Professional is a large double-sided diamond axe sharpener, designed for stable and efficient sharpening of axes and other large tools.

The generous diamond surface provides stable contact with the cutting edge, making it particularly suitable for axes, larger blades and tools. Its rigid steel core provides a solid feel and good control while sharpening.

Supplied with a premium leather sheath, Professional is easy to carry and protects the sharpener when stored in your workshop, packed for outdoor use or carried out in the field.

It is also suitable for sharpening knives and Japanese pruning saws with compatible tooth designs.

Use

Hold the sharpener in your hand like a file and position the blade against the diamond surface.

Start with light strokes to find the correct sharpening angle. Continue with even strokes along the full length of the cutting edge, maintaining a consistent angle.

For knives, repeat the same number of strokes on both sides of the blade. When the edge starts to bite, turn the sharpener to the finer side to refine the edge and remove the burr.

Professional is suitable for sharpening axes, knives and many other tools, as well as compatible Japanese pruning saws.
