Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, as far as possible unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that sharpening products and diamond stones may show visible signs of use after the first use. If the product has been used, a deduction for diminished value may be applied.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
For customers within the EU, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, our return policy gives you 30 days from the date you received your item, which applies to all orders regardless of location.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, but it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
