Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning that you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in reasonable condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. You have the right to inspect and test the product to determine its characteristics and functionality in the same way that you would in a physical store.

Please note that sharpening products and diamond sharpeners may show visible signs of use after their first use. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may be made from the refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the item you received. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Customers within the European Union are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, receive the final item in your order.

If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period is extended until the next business day.

You may also cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by mandatory law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

It may then take several additional business days for your bank or card issuer to process and register the transaction.
