Professional – Large Diamond Axe Sharpener

Hold the sharpener in your hand like a file and position the blade against the diamond surface.

Start with light strokes to find the correct sharpening angle. Continue with even strokes along the full length of the cutting edge, maintaining a consistent angle.

For knives, repeat the same number of strokes on both sides of the blade. When the edge starts to bite, turn the sharpener to the finer side to refine the edge and remove the burr.

Professional is suitable for sharpening axes, knives and many other tools, as well as compatible Japanese pruning saws.
